During his professional career spanning over 27 years, he has held various key position with Multi National and National Enterprises. He has served in leadership roles with companies like Innovative Pvt. Ltd, Fauji Foundation, Siemens Pakistan, Inbox Business Technologies, Cretesol Pvt. Ltd.

He has a sound understanding of Strategic Corporate Sales, Strategic Business Planning, Team Leadership & Development, Strategic Account Management, Customer Relationship management, Market and Trend Analysis, Contract Negotiations and Management.

Muhammad Asad Arif

MAF is a chartered accountant by profession and have diverse experience of 14 years working with national and multinational organization including Ernst & Young. He has expertise in implementing accounting systems; prepare monthly financial reports, managing and controlling general ledger data, budgeting & reconciliation of financial accounts/statements.

He has vast experience in auditing, accounting and developing and monitoring internal controls across various functions.

Iftikhar Ayub

Iftikhar Ayub is an Engineering professional with 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with specialization in plant JV operations, maintenance, turnaround planning, and occupational health & safety. Having Competency in basic engineering & FEED for medium to large scale projects and incorporating HSE at different stages of project (design-commissioning-operations).

He has also worked as HSE Team Leader at Orient Petroleum (Formerly BHP Billiton Petroleum), assisting management in implementing HSE management systems and promotion of Zero Harm through the development and implementation of a broad range of HSE work practices and procedures.

Recently, He was working as Senior Asset Planner & Managing JV Operations at Orient Petroleum Pakistan. IA was responsible to undertake Economic Evaluations, Fiscal Regime Modeling & Risk/ Sensitivity Analysis, Material Risk Management, Asset Performance monitoring and Capex/Opex forecasting.

BRIGADIER MUZAFFAR ALI KHAN, SI (M),(Retired)

Muzaffar is a retired Army professional with over 32 years of experience. In military service he has held diversified roles in managing Operational, , Organizational, Logistic, Administration and Security issues at management level of Pakistan Armed Forces. He has rich experience in Risk Assessment, security and crisis management systems.
MAK also has experience in working with multinational organizations including United Nation. Recently he has worked as Risk Management Advisor in one of the reputed international organization in Pakistan.

Nasir Shuja

NS holds Master’s degree in Business Administration with special emphasis in Occupational Health & Safety and Asset Protection. He is a trained professional with international certifications in NEBOSH IGC, Internal Environment Auditing, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 standards. Nasir’s Occupational HSE trainings cover managing and reporting risks from field operations to corporate office(s). His latest professional assignment was managing Security Contractors and LEA professionals at a remote oil and gas site spanned over 535 sq.km for multinational companies including BHP and Orient Petroleum.

He brings with him a diversified experience of 25 years. During these years he has worked in leading roles for multinational companies including BHP and FLSmidth.

He has expertise in developing company’s HSE systems including asset protection and Incident management, providing ISO certified trainings and audit preparation, developing fleet management systems, incident investigations, and gap analysis.

Mehreen Arif

MA is certified HR professional holding Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She brings with herself an experience of 12 years of working with international organizations. She has expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment and selection process, preserving human capital and managing compensation and benefits.

Muhammad Aftab Khan

MAK is a professional with more than three decades of versatile experience in loss prevention, health safety & environment (HSE), auditing, operations, engineering services, projects, and plant restoration. The diverse experience stems from decades of work in blue chip organizations in environments ranging from FMCG industry to challenging work environment in the oil and gas sector.
He has done Bachelor’s in Engineering & Master’s in Environment Management besides this he has numerous international certifications including NEBOSH Certificate, ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001, Lead Auditor (IRCA), Operational Excellence and well versed with “International standards” and “Best Practices” e.g. NFPA, IBC, API, OSHA, UK HSE.
He has worked at key positions in various national and international organizations in recent assignment he was working with Saudi Aramco as operational excellence auditor.

Muhammad Mustafa Imam

MMI brings with him an experience of more than 25 years of working in local and international markets both in the financial sector and service sector. He completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from South Eastern University Washington D.C. in 1996. He also holds certifications as Lead Auditor from U.K. and has conducted more than 3000 external audits in a range of industries.

He has held key positions in a number of multinational. His last assignment was with a local bank as the Head of Service Quality & Process Re-engineering, prior to which he was officiating as the Country Manager of a Norwegian Company overseeing the operations in Pakistan as well as MENA Region.

His earlier assignments include managing projects for HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank. His Core Competencies include Business & Leadership Management, Service & Quality Excellence, Goal Settings & Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resources Management, Customer Care & Customer Retention, Quality Management Systems, Business process re-engineering and HSE Management Systems.
